Happy 16th Birthday to this handsome guy, my bonus son Carter!

When asked what kind of cupcake he wanted for his birthday, Carter gave me a challenge. Being from Florida, he lovvveeesssss key lime pie. So of course he wanted key lime pie cupcakes. This kid is such a sweetheart, how could I say no? Check out the comments for his reaction! 🤣

Helllooooo!!!

Shewwww! It sure has been a long time, hasn’t it? SO much has changed in Mama’s life. Divorce, relocation to East TN, a new love with bonus kiddos, an incredible new primary job….but one thing remains the same. BAKING!!

Last week was my bonus twin girls 10th birthday! They requested chocolate caramel cupcakes in the shape of a heart. Well, y’all know me. I LIVE for a challenge! 🤣

Check these delicious little babies out! I’ll tell you what, we ALL couldn’t eat just one…..move over Lays….My Mama’s Cupcakes just may need to borrow your slogan. 🤣😳 KIDDING!

As many of you know, my youngest daughter and I will be making a big change soon and moving across the state to be near my boys again. Moving is EXPENSIVE!!! Soooo I’m opening up my books! This Mama needs ORDERS!!!

Aren’t these the CUTEST wee lil things your ‘ol Irish eyes have ever seen? 😍☘️

Chocolate cake, vanilla buttercream, with chocolate ganache makes these beauties look like ice cream sundaes, topped with some festive sprinkles and a cherry of course!!!

I know the kiddos in Avalyn’s class are going to feel LUCKY to enjoy these tomorrow! (See what I did there? Moms can have punny jokes too! 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️)

It’s not often I toot my own horn.

Today is one of those days. 📯

A coworker of mine’s birthday was last week, and I asked her what her favorite cake flavor was. She said “German Chocolate”. All I heard was “CHALLENGE!”

Holy crap-ola, these little puppies are a-mazing!!! The coconut & pecan German chocolate topping is TO-DIE for. So rich and delicious, especially when topped with chocolate ganache!

Then to make it extra special, I filled my famous chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream, and added a dollop on top, with a sprinkling of pecan.

Excuse me while I clean up the puddle of drool I’m collecting, just looking at my own work. 🤤🤤🤤🧁🧁🧁

Hello my lovely cupcake fans! Tonight is the birthday celebration of one of my very best friends, so of COURSE I had to flex my baking muscles and make him a cupcake inspired by his favorite flavors!!

I present you with my Strawberry Banana Pudding Cupcake. 🤤 🍌 🍓

This is a vanilla cupcake filled with homemade banana pudding, then topped with strawberry buttercream. 😳😳😳😳😳

Heyyyyy! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to flex my baking muscles.

Last month I started a new job. (Part time, don’t worry! I’ll still have LOTS of time to create all the delectable cupcakes for y’all!) On Monday, I found out that my boss’s birthday was yesterday. So, of COURSE I had to make him some cupcakes!!! (Y’all know me, any excuse to bake!!!)

Here are some delicious Death by Chocolate cupcakes. 🤤 🍫 My famous chocolate cake, topped with some rich chocolate buttercream, milk chocolate ganache and dark chocolate shavings.

This guy right here is my incredible husband. Yesterday was his birthday. As I do for every one of his birthdays, I asked him what he wanted me to make him for his dessert.

This is what he picked.

Elvis. Sandwich. Cupcakes. 😳

Chocolate 🍫 cupcakes 🧁, filled with smushed (technical term) bananas 🍌 🍌, topped with a peanut butter 🥜 🧈 buttercream, and candied bacon 🥓 on top.
