It’s a sourdough bread bake week at A Bit of Leaven Artisanal Bakery & School. May’s featured bread is freeze dried strawberries and white chocolate chips! The white chocolate adds just enough sweetness to make the strawberry flavor intensely delicious!! Yum!

Thank you, enjoy the pictures of yesterday’s 20 strawberry white chocolate loaves being crafted, baked today and a mix of 33 other sourdough loaves (porridge, toasted sesame, cran walnut, cran toasted almond, Kalamata olive with fresh rosemary, and simply sourdough) mixed, bulk fermented, shaped and in the fridge for a long overnight cold proof until they are baked a few hours before being picked up tomorrow afternoon!!
