🤍 Orders: Please place orders 2–3 weeks in advance whenever possible.

💰 Payment: Full payment is required when placing your order to secure your spot and officially add your order to my schedule/calendar.

📅 Changes & Cancellations: If something comes up, please communicate with me as soon as possible! Payments may only be considered non-refundable when there is no communication, messages are being ignored, or an order is not picked up or received as arranged.

🧁 Fresh Orders: I make every order fresh specifically for you, usually the day before or the day of pickup/delivery. If I have already purchased ingredients and prepared your order but cannot get ahold of you, I am left with products made specifically for you that I now have to figure out how to use or sell. I cannot sit and wait indefinitely for a response, which is why communication is so important.

📦 Pickup & Delivery: Please be available during your scheduled pickup/delivery time. If something comes up, just reach out! I’m always happy to work with you when you communicate with me and let me know what’s going on. 🤍

🌸 Allergies: Please let me know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

👩‍🍳Alaina’s Kitchen Creations — Payment Policy

I just wanted to share a little update with everyone, so we are all on the same page when placing an order ! 🤍 Previously, I offered a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due at pickup or delivery, and that deposit went directly toward the full total of your order.

After trying this system, I’ve found that requiring full payment upfront is going to work best for me and my small business. This allows me to properly secure orders and make sure I’m only setting aside my time, ingredients, and supplies for confirmed orders.📲🥰

Full payment is required before your order can be officially added to my schedule/calendar. Without full payment, I’m unable to consider an order confirmed or reserve a spot for it.🗓️✍🏼

The bakery pantry will officially be back up and running before you know it! 🥰 I’m planning a shopping trip next week for fresh goodies to make and a gallon of paint to completely revamp the pantry! 🎨✨

💕 A LITTLE PANTRY UPDATE! 💕

I know it has been quite around here, but I just wanted to let everyone know that the bakery pantry is coming back! 🥰🧁

Next week, I’ll be shopping for a bunch of goodies to stock the pantry AND a fresh gallon of paint so I can give the pantry a little revamp! 🎨✨

There will be one big change — the pantry will now be located at my new home in Greenleaf, Kansas! 🏡📍I am no longer living in Marysville, so the pantry will no longer be located there. BUT don’t worry, I still work in Marysville and will continue to offer FREE delivery in both Marysville & Greenleaf! 🚗🥰

As always, the pantry will be OPEN 24/7 and stocked with a variety of goodies from my regular menu PLUS some off-menu surprises! 👀🤗

✨ Available items & prices will always be posted
✨ OPEN 24/7 & self-serve !
