Brea's Cottage Gluten free and Dairy free baked goods!

As someone who has to be Gluten free AND Dairy free as well as a long list of other things free in the last few years, it has forced me to really take a look at what is in the food we eat and to really clean up my diet. Choosing to remove processed foods and unnatural dyes along with everything else has challenged me to learn how to modify recipes so that me and people who might have similar restrictions can still enjoy delicious baked goods.

Took some time off to troubleshoot some recipe changes, I think I’ve finally settled on something that is truly an improvement, will probably continue to troubleshoot a few things here and there. But the banana bread came out PERFECT! 🤤🤤 so good, the pumpkin bread is getting better and better and it’s already so good as well but I might try a few additional things in the future to really get it absolutely perfect! Also finally was able to put out some more eggs, I’ve been using so many for personal use and to bake and they just sell out so fast I wasn’t able to restock for a minute.
