💚 In Loving Memory — TNR Project 911 💚
Today, we honor the birthday of a woman whose kindness and compassion for animals quietly planted the seeds for what would one day become TNR Project 911.
She loved all animals, but cats held a special place in her heart — especially the forgotten strays that so many people overlooked. Over the years, she opened her heart and home to many of them, simply because she believed they mattered.
Her son shared that whenever she met someone new, one of the first things she asked was:
“Do you have pets?”
What kind? How many?
And she always had a special admiration for people who rescued animals in need.
She never sought attention or recognition. She simply lived with kindness.
Today, because of her memory and her son’s generosity, her compassion continues to reach far beyond what she could have imagined. Through TNR Project 911, cats throughout our community are being trapped, spayed, neutered, vaccinated, fed, and given a chance at a safer life.
What started years ago with one woman quietly caring about stray cats has now grown into something that is helping so many.
That is a legacy worth remembering.
