I often forget to post what I’ve been baking lately. Yesterday I rolled out my risen dough, which isnt how I normally prepare a loaf, and put a little cinnamon sugar swirl in it to try something new. I wanted extra loaves in preparation if the power goes out. Not bad but I think it needs a little more “roll” 🤪

Anyone else struggling to not eat their snowpocalypse snacks? Just me?
