This was my first scone flavor I ever made, and I decided to bring her back!😋

Not overly sweet, and simply delicious- my chocolate chip scone! To make this scone even better, I use the Enjoy Life brand of mini chocolate chips, so they are free of 14 major allergens😄

Closing 2024 to welcome 2025👀

I love reports. If you know me, you know I probably have a graph, report, spreadsheet, or binder for everything. Organization brings me joy! So to see these stats as I close the books on 2024 makes me absolutely ecstatic. These last 7 months have been incredible!

So many Christmas Scone Flights going out today😍! In total, we set aside $70 from the scone flights to buy Christmas gifts for the 3 young girls who just lost their home in a fire. That is AMAZING! Friends, this family is very, very dear to our hearts. When we received this news yesterday we were speechless. With Christmas just a week away, we will be doing 2 things for them:

We will be donating 25% of all scone flights purchased to buy Christmas presents for the sweet little girls that lived here.

If you feel inclined to help as well, there will be an option on the website to purchase items for them at a discount. I will take care of delivering the items to them fresh after baking, all you have to do is place the order on their behalf. This option will be available indefinitely for now.

Finally, and the most important, please keep them in your prayers as they navigate this difficult time.

Y’all, I cannot even begin to put together the words for how THANKFUL I am for all of you🥹 I baked just shy of 200 dinner rolls this morning, a dozen loaves of bread, over 40 scones, and more! It’s because of you that I’m able to do what I love. It is the coolest thing to think that my sourdough will be on so many tables tomorrow. I have the best job, and the best Breadfam. God bless your thanksgiving celebrations this week🫶🏻🍁

Brewed a fresh shot of espresso for one of my new scone flavors☕️ any guesses on what it could be??👀

Using Seven Weeks Coffee of course! It’s the only espresso I’ve purchased for years! They are a Christian company, mold and glyphosate-free, low acid, and donate 10% of their profits to pregnancy centers across America ♥️

Have you ever wondered the difference between my large 2lb loaf and my regular size loaf?

Here it is!

The two pounder is on top, and the regular is on the bottom. There’s a significant difference! My large loaf is great for larger families, feeding company, or just so you can have that extra slice (I promise I won’t tell anyone 😉). My family of 4 will eat on a regular size loaf for 2-3 days. Bread doesn’t last long around here!

I was testing out my Thanksgiving herb loaf this morning, and it is SO PERFECT 😍 It tastes like homemade stuffing! Slightly sweet, herby, and just a hint of garlic. It’s seriously Thanksgiving dinner rolled into a loaf!

No store-bought seasonings here! I blended it myself with all organic herbs and seasonings. I can’t wait for you to try it!

✨Sourdough Bread French Toast Bake✨ One of my favorite things to do with a loaf. We’re not huge breakfast people over here, but when this is made, it’s gone in a few days! I used my flavor of the week this week, Sugared Lemon Cookie, and it gives the sweetest lemon hint that perfectly compliments the maple and cinnamon to make it a summer flavor.
