ATTENTION EVERYONE!!!

Unfortunately we will be closed this weekend. It has only taken me (Lori) 15 minutes to type out this post because one simply can't type and sneeze at the same time.

I woke up and am not feeling the best. My allergies have gotten the best of me... even after 2 allergy pills every single day. Today is our main bake day for the weekend and I cannot stop sneezing. So after about 45 sneezes in a 5 minute time frame... I stopped counting! Unfortunately, I have horribly bad seasonal allergies and every single season change causes me issues. So I'm going to take off this weekend and pray that all this is over by next week!

We did have an event last night and have some left over goodies that we can do porch pick ups for IF anyone is interested. These were all made and packaged before any sneezing was in sight.

Do y'all prefer to buy your loaves of bread whole or pre-sliced? If I were to offer a slicing option would y'all want that or no?

Just putting feelers out there. For 3 years we have sold our loaves whole unsliced. But I've been debating on getting a slicing guide to make the most of our own loaves. And have even pretty slices.

How do you know that you have the absolute best UPS driver ever?

He sees your bakery open so he delivers your packages to you at work so they don't have to sit on the porch in the heat all day! Especially thankful as one is medication on ice.

If any one was wondering... our double batch of bagels makes 🥯 7 dozen bagels! 😲 that is 84 bagels rolled out and shaped by hand, boiled, egg washed, toppings added and baked! We started bagels at 11:30 this morning. They all just finished baking and are cooling now. This is why we don't make bagels every week! So if you need bagels this week you better come get them early! 🥯
