I had so much fun decorating these cupcakes with all the green swirls, shamrocks, and tiny leprechauns. Baking and creating always makes my heart happy, and I’m excited to be back sharing a bit of it with you all again.

Fluffy vanilla base, cream cheese frosting, and a thick, juicy strawberry drizzled in chocolate right on top. Every bite is that chocolate-berry combo you can’t really go wrong with.

I finally finished this beauty and I’m so happy with how it turned out! 💛✨

It’s a soft vanilla cake soaked in vanilla simple syrup, layered with creamy vanilla buttercream and sweet strawberry jam, then covered in the fluffiest vanilla whipped frosting.🤤

Simple flavors, but soooo delicious together. Baking days like this make me ridiculously happy!
