Chef Alena's wildly popular Moonshine Peach cake is back for as long as we can get fresh, local peaches. This extremely moist cake is made with a touch of corn meal for a nutty sweetness. A layer of peaches and quality crafted Moonshine from Belle Isle Craft Spirits adorns the top layer. It has quickly become a favorite among our staff - and guests!

A big thank you to Whiffletree Farm for welcoming members of our team for a behind-the-scenes farm tour!

Seeing firsthand the care, respect, and stewardship that Jesse and his team bring to their chickens - and to every living thing on the farm - was a wonderful reminder of why local partnerships matter.

At Red Truck Bakery, we're proud to source the chicken for our sandwiches and pot pies directly from Whiffletree Farm. Knowing where our food comes from and the people who raise it with such integrity makes every bite that much more meaningful.
