Vegan sweet and savory baked goods - Gluten-Free available. All products are by order only. We do not have a storefront. Gluten-Free is also available.

As a dedicated vegan, I'm always looking for new ways to share my passion. As of right now, I take special orders and sell my goods at several stores in SW Michigan. If you're a vegan and looking to convince friends and family that we don't just eat tofu and wheat grass, or if you're trying to convince yourself, I can make something you'll enjoy. o feature new baked goods every Saturday at the Marshall Farmer's Market in downtown Marshall, MI! Products made in the Can-Do Kitchen, a commercial kitchen in Kalamazoo.

Tomorrow, Saturday the 24th, All Species Kinship is having an all vegan bake sale. Every penny of the proceeds go directly to helping animals. Lots of awesome bakers have donated their creations. Peaceful Pastries is proud to offer lemon meringue pie slices and chocolate peanut butter banana bread mini bundts. Come early to get the best selection.
It will be at Pet Supplies Plus in Battle Creek starting at 10am.

It’s that time, Peaceful friends, time to order your Christmas cookie decorating kits. The kit comes with the following: 6 prebaked sugar cookies in seasonal shapes, 4 colors of frosting and seasonal sprinkles. All are vegan and free of artificial dyes. Please indicate if you would like GF.
The kit is $7. This includes delivery right to your door. The delivery schedule is as follows: Marshall and Battle Creek on the 22nd and Kalamazoo on the 23rd. If you live in another city, we can discuss delivery when you order. I will let you know that morning the time I’ll be there. Please have someone home at that time to accept delivery or let me know where else I can deliver.
All orders must be made before the 18th. We hope we can add some joy to your special celebration!

Big sis about to race. She had a blast on the 1 mile fun run. The had powder color thrown on the racers as they ran past stations. She got a head start on that by finding people with extra powder and getting pre colored. 😂 in the foreground, little sis enjoys a snack oblivious to the day’s events.

As I said in my last post, I’m not taking orders for awhile, but I’ve always believed some of the best baked goods are ones you’ve put your own heart and soul into! Need a recipe or have a baking 911? Send me a message and I’ll help! No charge, of course. Remember - even if you’re not the Rembrandt of cakes, the finished product will probably still taste awesome. Pictured is a cake decorated by my daughter for me. It was such a sweet birthday gift!

We have a bun in the oven due to arrive in May. And not Peaceful Pastries’ usual baked goods. As such, we are suspending the business starting the end of the month until further notice. I’ve already had to tell a few customers that I couldn’t make something for them and I want to thank you all for your kindness and understanding. We look forward to baking for you again in the not too distant future. When we are able, we will announce the restarting of the business on this page. Much love to all our Peaceful friends!

Yeaterday’s delivery. Not pretty, but good! Apple fritters and kalamata foccacia. Yes, we are still delivering. Everything we make is baked to order. Ask and we can make it. Breads - yes! Special order cakes - yes! Doughnuts in dozens of flavors - yes! Even lemon meringue pie. Stay peaceful, my friends!

For those customers self-isolating during this uncertain time, Peaceful Pastries is still delivering! We now, as always, offer free delivery within Calhoun County and a modest $5 flat delivery fee to most surrounding cities. We accept cash or check on delivery, or we can accept a PayPal payment with an email address so we can do a no-contact delivery.
Also, when you place an order and you have to cancel or change a date on an event, you can do so up to 2 days before without any fees, because we know the Covid-19 pandemic is an ever-changing situation. Most of all, stay safe, everyone! Peace!
