I do birthday, wedding, anniversary and special occasion cakes and cookies. Just ask and if I don't do it, I may be able to do it...I love new things! I do not cover my cakes in fondant. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required to secure your date if available with the remaining balance due 10 days before your event. I know that sometimes that is not possible and I will do all I can to work with you. I accept cash, checks and now I can take debit and credit cards. There is a small fee associated with that. Checks will not be accepted as a final payment when a cake is being picked up or delivered. Oh yea, and I deliver...lol
