The idea for a cheesecake and cake combo first came about when I was a Senior in Pastry school. We had an event called Cakealicious where you had to design a 4 tier wedding cake along with a custom flavor. I went with a Strawberry cake 🍰 with layers of vanilla buttercream and sliced strawberries with a cheesecake layer in the middle. In my opinion, the best of both worlds!

This year we brought that idea to our Easter menu with our carrot cheesecake cake 🥕Two layers of carrot cake with a layer of cheesecake in the middle. All covered in our cream cheese icing and toasted coconut.

Preorders for Easter are available on the online store until March 31st.

Our Easter menu this year has three thoughtfully crafted cakes. Usually I personally have a clear favorite of what I am bringing to my own holiday table from our holiday menus. But this year it changes daily! Although I’d have to say the carrot is starting to be the clear front runner!

🥕 Carrot Cake Cheesecake Cake
Could there be a better name for this? Probably! But what do you call our award winning cheesecake sandwiched between two layers of carrot cake and topped with cream cheese icing?

🍋🫐 Lemon Blueberry Cake
Unlike our regular lemon berry cake, the blueberries are baked into this cake. Each layer is filled with lemon curd and cream cheese icing

🐇🐣 Lambeth Easter Cake
This cake is meant to be the centerpiece of your table. Vintage style piping in shades of pastel. With mini chocolate Cadbury eggs which are reason enough to choose this cake. The flavor is marble cake but if you call the shop we are more than happy to accommodate a different flavor!

If you are looking for more of a show stopper, The vintage piped Easter cake may be the option for you! Online the cake comes in marble. Please call the shop if you would prefer a different flavor!

Remember our cute little Christmas door cake from last year? Everyone keeps asking about it saying it was the perfect centerpiece. Now of course we couldn’t make the same design twice. We wanted to top last year’s cake and I think we did it! This year’s holiday centerpiece cake is a chocolate chip Christmas Tree! 🎄One added bonus is it comes in its own clear box with a ribbon. Wrapped up as the perfect gift. So get it for your own holiday spread or get it anytime in the next two weeks to drop off as a present. 🎁 Would be great to drop off at an office or a client. Tree cakes can be ordered with two days notice

Thanksgiving Menu has Arrived!

Sunflour Thanksgiving menu is now available!
Complete with your old favorites (salted caramel cheesecake, apple crumb pie) and a few new soon to be favorites!
Easter and Christmas always have a popular party tray selection, so new to this year's menu is our Thanksgiving party tray!
Complete with oatmeal creme pies, pecan bars, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, salted caramel cheesecakes, and a cran-raspberry strudel bar!

🥧 Looking for something traditional? Check out our Apple crumble pie 🍎🍏 Loaded with 3 lbs of fresh apples from our friends Schoeber Orchards

🍰Not a pie guy? No worries we still love you (I think 🤔) Check out our two new cakes to the menu. A simple sheet cake great for display. Or our cinnamon cake filled with roasted apples, cream cheese icing and caramel. Our most popular fall wedding flavor that we had to bring to the Thanksgiving menu!

🍂Can’t decide? Then go with our party tray. An array of fall flavors! Salted caramel cheesecakes, pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, pecan pie bars, cran raspberry bars, and oatmeal creme pies.

Call the shop or go online to place your order by EOD Saturday! We will have extras in shop Tuesday and Wednesday but they will be first come first serve!

Looking for year round and seasonal positions. Full time and part time! Could be great for a home baker that wants to come into the shop and just grind out some holiday cookies while listening to some holiday music and working with other fun people! No need to facilitate orders and pickups, just decorate!
