Hi all! I hope you are all well. I am still making salt rising bread every Tuesday and Thursday. Recently, I was able to secure a proofer to add to my kitchen to help make the bread making process quicker and easier. And it does! I am so glad to have it.
Now, I am in the process of shopping for a commercial oven. I have had plans for another oven for a while. It is a little overwhelming, but it’s time to get serious about it.
