Dear Baddies,

I have some heartfelt news to share with all of you. Our family is currently growing from 3 to 4! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

As my family expands with the arrival of our baby girl, I've made the decision to prioritize my family and will not be taking any more custom cake orders...with that being said, you may still see me post some flash sales for miscellaneous treats. 😋

This journey has been incredibly sweet, and I'm immensely grateful for your support over the years. While I won't be whipping up cakes in the bakery, I'll forever cherish the moments we've shared.

My Story

Hello and welcome to my bakery page! I wanted to give you a little bit of a background story so you know who you’re buying your desserts from.

My name is Debby Diaz! I’m a wife to my loving husband and a mother to our one son. I’ve been doing pastry since my high school days. I started off at a vocational school called J.P. Keefe Technical where I studied Culinary Arts along with Pastry Arts. From there, I majored in Baking & Pastry Arts and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in ‘15. I also interned at a French pastry school called L’Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie in Yssingeaux, France for 3 months! Since then, I’ve worked in a lot of commercial kitchens and bakeries ranging from large-scale corporate restaurants to small business bakeries. I finally decided to start up my own home bakery to showcase my talent and build up clientele so I can one day open up my own storefront! It has always been my dream to own my own bakery. I absolutely love making people happy with my food. It’s a very demanding job that involves a lot of patience but with the encouragement of my family, mentors, and friends, everything is worth it in the end.
