Last week we were kept very busy, and we're so grateful! ❤️

We had the pleasure of making a Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake for a birthday celebration 🎂 and fresh Cinnamon Rolls and Caramel Pecan Rolls for a family vacation. Thank you to everyone who trusted Josh's Rolling Pin to be part of your special moments!

A huge thank you to everyone who ordered my mom's Cherry Coffee Cake over the past few weeks. Because of your generosity, we were able to donate $50 to the Cedar Valley Humane Society in her memory. It means so much to keep her recipe—and her love for animals—making a difference.

This has been such a meaningful tradition, and I'm happy to say we'll be doing this every year going forward! ❤️

One of my favorite childhood memories is walking into the kitchen and smelling my mom's Cherry Coffee Cake fresh from the oven. It was one of those recipes that brought everyone to the table and made a house feel like home.

Monday marks what would have been my mom's birthday, and we're also approaching 5 years since her passing. In her memory, I'll be offering her Cherry Coffee Cake recipe now through July 20th.

This weekend I stepped outside the classic cinnamon roll lineup to try a couple of new sweet roll flavors... and they did not disappoint!
