“Why do you have to get to work so early?”

My days at the bakery usually start at 3:45-4:00am so everything can be ready to go by the time the doors open and the first customers come in. There is a LOT to do and I’m the one who gets to do it!

One of the challenging parts about working with baked goods is that, no matter how much you do in advance, dough simply needs time. So that’s why I’m here 😊
