Some bake days are great, some are a struggle! Today, my pans decided to hold onto some of the loaves, giving them unique shapes 😅
So tomorrow at the market I'll have some "Oops loaves." As much as I would love for them all to be pretty, at least I can promise the taste isn't affected 😁

🍂 Happy Fall, y'all!
It might be over 80°, but it's finally the 'ber months and I'm so excited!

I'll have fall flavored items at the Farmer's Market on Saturday!

It's a no bake week!
I schedule these breaks so I can perfect techniques, try new recipes and spend time with my family.
Right now I'm working on a Double Chocolate Espresso Sourdough 🤤 It's not quite ready for orders, but hopefully I can nail down the recipe soon!

I'll be back at the Farmers Market next week. Stay turned for the menu!

I'm really excited to share that one of the reasons we went to the Iowa State Fair was because I entered my sourdough!

I was in the Best in Dough division, and while I didn't place in the top 3, I do believe I got 4th with 94 out of 100 points! I am incredibly proud of this, and looking forward to doing it again next year! ☺️
