Is it a sourdough loaf? An apple c***r donut? It’s both! 😍

This mini sourdough loaf combines all the delicious flavors of an apple c***r donut with the subtle tang of sourdough! After baking, it’s brushed with a homemade apple c***r syrup and then generously sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. 🤤

I’m accepting orders now for pickup on October 9th! I’m taking a break next week, but then I’ll be back to baking all your favorites! ❤️

A big thank you to all of my wonderful customers, family, and friends who came out and bought up all my bread and cinnamon rolls! I’m continually amazed by the love and generosity of this community. ❤️

My farmers market season may be over, but the baking is NOT! 🎉 From here on out, my business will rely solely on your orders!

Did you know that the guy with smoked nuts at the Marion Farmers Market is my Dad? Greg Schaefer with Schaefer Smoked makes delicious smoked nuts with all kind of flavors!

Sweet n' Smoky Pecans being one of them. And I knew I needed to try those in my Maple Pecan Cinnamon Rolls. I'm bummed I didn't make extra so I could have one!

Some bake days are great, some are a struggle! Today, my pans decided to hold onto some of the loaves, giving them unique shapes 😅
So tomorrow at the market I'll have some "Oops loaves." As much as I would love for them all to be pretty, at least I can promise the taste isn't affected 😁
