Last year me and my mom planted corn in one of these fields by hand. Well my husband did the other one and quickly decided that was enough and bought one of those little planters. Much much faster this year. Moral of the story…make it difficult for your husband and he will be sure to find an easier way.

Did you know if you take chive flowers, pepper, and a pinch of salt, add it into butter….and put on anything after it’s cooked …it’s delicious…I add in a bit of thyme because I just love the flavor. You can also make a batch of it and freeze it in a silicone mold for use later. I’ll have both of these herbs in the stand starting tomorrow if you feel like trying it..

The garden has really started growing. Peas are popping up, we expanded on those this year because we never seem to have enough. All 3 locations of our garlic are looking incredible!! Our honey berries are just starting to ripen. Strawberries are coming along. Chicken coop is up and running. And the poles for our deer fence is being put in the ground. Always busy around here.

Good morning everyone, and hello to all the new people who joined our community. We are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support we’ve been receiving. It really has been a whirlwind, and it’s just beginning.

I wanted to take a minute and reassure those who have been with us for a while. We’re not going anywhere. You’ll still find us at our farm stand located at 3325 Schilling rd. We’ll still be at the Marion NY Farmers Market on Friday evenings. And we’ll be at the Lyons Farmers' Market on Saturday mornings. We’re not quite sure what combination of family members will be filling in gaps, but as a whole family we look forward to seeing what the future brings next!
Thank you all for being part of this amazing journey. Because without you none of this would be possible! 💙🫶

So…me and my husband put in an offer on a beautiful building and it was accepted. We should hopefully close on that location in July. We are so excited to bring PI Squared Books and Bakes to life. Keep following along for more updates.
