Never ordered from us before? Here's what to expect:

Step #1: Review our pricing options and fill out our short order form on our website. ✏️ This gets me all the info I need to start designing your order and create an invoice. This also adds you to my calendar, so I can ensure we have plenty of time to make your special cookies! We don't charge rush fees for custom cookies, but 72 hours lead time is preferred. Highly recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. You can find our order form here 👉

Step #2: Check your email! ✔️ We will be in touch in 1-3 business days to confirm all the details and ask any questions we may have. We will also email design images to be confirmed before baking and schedule a pick up time.

Step #3: View your invoice. 📨 We will email a separate invoice, so you can easily pay online at your convenience. You can also pay in cash via the drop box located by our porch pick up shelf. Payment is due in full three days prior to pick up.

Step #4: Pick up your cookies! 🚗 Don't know where we are? Just Google "Joyful Cookie Company" to GPS navigate all the way to our porch pick up.

Step #5: Enjoy! ✌️❤️🍪
