Oh it’s been a ride so far this wedding season but we are so here for it! Interesting shift this year. It seems like October is trending as the busiest wedding month amongst us and other vendors we talk to, as opposed to September. Either way I’m excited for what’s to come 🤍🤍🤍

This season of life has looked a little different. 💛 I’m currently going through radiation and have made it through the first of my surgeries. There have definitely been a few bumps in the road, but overall I’m doing well, and for that I’m incredibly grateful.

One of my biggest fears after surgery was whether I’d still have the steady hand needed for the delicate details that I love so much. Cakes like this one, with all of its intricate piping, remind me just how thankful I am that I’m still able to create.

None of this would be possible without my incredible team. They’ve stepped in, lifted me up, and made it possible for me to keep doing what I love, even on the hard days.

More than anything, I’m grateful—for my health, for the people who surround me with love, for the ability to keep creating, and for this beautiful life. Every cake feels like a gift. 🤍
