Join me for Cookie's A-Z

Ready to learn the art of cookie decorating from start to finish? Join Super Secret Sweet Shop for our Cookies A–Z class — a beginner-friendly hands-on experience where you’ll learn the foundations of working with royal icing while decorating beautiful cookies you can proudly take home!

In this class, you’ll learn:

*How to make royal icing
*How to color royal icing
*Understanding icing consistencies and when to use them
*Basic decorating techniques and piping skills
*Tips for achieving smooth, clean cookie designs

After learning the basics, each student will decorate three cookies using the techniques taught in class.

Each student will also have the option to purchase a take-home starter kit so you can continue practicing your new skills at home! Kits include:

Made a new loaf this week for a friend. This is banana cream pie sourdough made with golden wheat flour, banana chips, freeze dried banana, banana pudding mix and I subbed some water for oat milk. Can’t wait to hear how she tastes!
