Sometimes I do the occasional cake. A ln old friend called this week and asked for a birthday cake for a surprise party. This was a lemon cake with lemon whipped cream filled with lemon curd and fresh strawberries and topped with fresh berries with white chocolate shavings

I’m pretty sure this will now be a staple on the menu 😊 lemon whipped cream for the win!

The bakery is closed for the remaining of June with no more customers orders or Shop the Porch.

However, I will be releasing some 4th of July options in the next week for preorder. Pickups will be on July 3rd and the morning of the 4th.
