No orders or deliveries will take place during this time.

72 mini loaves.
A full trunk.
Questionable life choices. 🍞😅

I had the honor of baking and delivering 72 mini loaves as a PTA sponsor for Timber Ridge Elementary School — and yes, this photo is proof that I may have taken Ina Garten a little too seriously.

While baking, I listened to ’s book twice, and she says she’s “not happy unless she’s challenged.”
Ina… respectfully… I was VERY challenged. 😂

This was a true labor of love — sourdough is a long, slow process, and this bake stretched every ounce of patience, planning, and proofing space I had. I’m exhausted, proud, grateful, and currently very committed to smaller batches moving forward. 😉

Huge thanks to the Timber Ridge PTA for the opportunity to support such an amazing school community. This one was special — and I’ll probably be recovering for a bit. 🫶
