This precious little first birthday cake with baby jungle animals came together so well!! Inside this cake is a surprise! Lemon cake with strawberry buttercream. The yummy pink strawberry didn’t quite lend itself to the theme so I put a thin layer of vanilla buttercream over the strawberry to achieve the look AND taste my client wanted.

If you’re looking for a really special cake to elevate your celebrations, I’d love to help! This glam Barbie cake was for a themed winter highschool formal. I’m moving over to using natural food dyes, almost exclusively and this beauty was created with all natural food dyes. The inside of the cake is gluten free vanilla funfetti.
