There was a bakery down the street from my Grandmother's in Birkenfeld on the Nahe where I would go almost daily to get fresh Brotchen as a child. One of my wife's coworkers told us about your bakery a couple of weeks ago.

On my first visit a few weeks ago, I got there late, but was in time to get some Brotchen before you ran out. I bit into the first one before I left the parking lot and immediately had tears form in my eyes! It tasted just like the ones at that bakery in Birkenfeld Germany that I frequented as a child!

I took my wife there today and we spent a considerable amount of time in the wonderful grocery section and got some bread. Thank you for doing everything so wonderfully authentic!
