Quality ingredients are a priority of mine, so I use organic butter, pasture raised eggs, and NON-GMO ingredients like flour, granulated sugar, real vanilla, powdered sugar and meringue powder. Due to GA cottage laws, I am not able to ship out of state.
I’m not sure if you know this detail about my work, but I pride myself on the quality ingredients I use. This sign that I made for shows/events shows a partial list of what I use. Thank you, as always, for loving what I make and for the opportunity to make them!

Cookie gift boxes are a sweet (pun intended) way to thank your clients! This set was customized with the real estate company’s brand colors and brought to the home closing. I also make customized cookies as a wonderful welcoming addition to open houses.

…it’s a “factory” these days in the studio as the countdown to the begins! This Friday, 5/19 through Sunday 5/21 you will enjoy lively Greek music, enthusiastic Greek dancing performed by groups ranging from PreK to adult, delicious food, wonderful shopping and last but not least—Greek pastries! This year it my honor to make and donate all of the Kourabiethes for the festival—but get them early…last year they sold out quickly!!
Knotted cuff links or volleyballs? I loved making these party treats—clean and simple. Tying the bags with ribbon is often done for party favors!

Check your calendars for any events you have planned….May 17 is my last pickup date until August. **please note**—> my decorated cookies come automatically heat sealed in individual cello bags so they will stay fresh for minimum a week if not more. A “behind the scenes” of making my koulourakia! 1. The dough in the mixing bowl 2. Kitchen scale covered in a piece of plastic wrap for weighing each piece of dough before rolling and twisting it. Although my koulourakia are sold by the piece (not weight), I like to weigh them for consistency! Each ball of dough actually gets weighed twice…just to make sure. I’m a “little” compulsive like that. 🤷🏻♀️ 3) A BOOS board that I use solely for rolling out koulourakia 4) A baking pan lined with parchment paper 5) a stack of more baking pans ready for more rolled dough while the first tray(s) is(are) in the oven

NEW THIS YEAR—CHOCOLATE DIPPED KOULOURAKIA! I've taken this classic favorite and dipped them symmetrically down the center so that every bite gets a bit of chocolate! Easter is the traditional season for koulourakia, where they take center stage of dessert tables, Easter baskets, centerpieces etc. This cookie is enjoyed ALL year round…the perfect snack, but its traditional season is NOW.

Halva. Shown here the mini and small (second photo) sizes! Enjoyable at any time of the year but especially during Lent because this vegan dessert lacks eggs and dairy. Made with semolina or cream of wheat, toasted in oil, mixed with a little bit of ground almonds, soaked in a lemon infused syrup, and topped off with a little bit of cinnamon, this dessert is a real treat. I will be offering halva in 3 sizes as part of my Easter offerings, and I might even consider offering it year-round. 😋😉

Heat the milk really hot, and pour s l o w l y over the bomb…if possible over the seam. Stir afterwards to make sure the lovey chocolate is well mixed. Enjoy carefully, as it’s a hot drink. 🍫🥛☕️
