🍎 A little stand surprise for the stand tomorrow!

With the temps finally cooling down and October right around the corner, I found myself craving homemade apple butter.

One of my fondest memories with my dad was going to our local pumpkin patch in Virginia, picking out the perfect pumpkins, and always grabbing a jar of apple butter before heading home. I never really understood what apple butter was or how it was made—I just knew it was delicious. 🤎

So this week, I made a batch of my own. Slowly cooked apples, warm fall spices, and all those cozy flavors that instantly feel like autumn.

Jars of homemade apple butter will be available at the stand tomorrow 🍎🍂

Huge shoutout to Engrave It Up for creating these adorable custom magnets and keychains for Flour & Salt Bakehouse! 🤍 I’m absolutely obsessed with how they turned out—and all the little details make them extra special. 🥹🌸

One of my favorite parts of owning a small business is getting to support other small businesses along the way. It really does mean so much when we can cheer each other on and help each other grow. 🫶🏻

We continue this week with our cozy fall menu! 🍂🍁

This week’s menu has so many brand-new additions I’m extra excited about:

🤎 Everything Seasoning & Gruyère Loaf
🤎 Dirty Chai Petite Scones (spiced chai scones with an espresso glaze, inspired by my favorite drink)
🤎 Sweet Corn Bread - perfect for chili!!
🤎 Apple C***r Snickerdoodle Cookies
🤎 Spiced Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting (if you were around during the sample drops, you may remember this favorite)

🗓️ Preorders open at noon today and close Thursday at 10 PM for Sunday pickup. After that, you’ll have to catch what’s available at the self-serve stand open Sunday at 8am.

Guys, this may be my new fall favorite. 🍊🍂 Cranberry Orange Walnut Sourdough with cranberries soaked in fresh orange juice, orange zest throughout, and perfectly toasted walnuts. Such a cozy, delicious combination!
