Also for Xavier, who turned 10! 😁 Xavier also likes mushrooms so it was decided that this Roman numeral also be a woodland themed log with chocolate bark exterior, edible moss, and edible (fondant) mushrooms. Double layer chocolate sponge cake with a chocolate buttercream frosting.

Nashville/Taylor Swift-inspired cake for a good friend's birthday surprise, commissioned by her loving husband.

6" double layer Vanilla sponge & vanilla buttercream with fondant notes & sheet music. Edible butterflies, candy melt hearts & buttercream flowers. Topped with a non-edible Taylor Swift miniature replica guitar.

Lemon cake for my favorite 17 year old! 😁 This Dancing Queen wanted a 2 layer, 8" round, Lemon sponge with vanilla buttercream icing and piped details in their favorite color, lavender! Silver and lavender confetti, non-pareils, stars & hearts & an edible butterfly. Disco, purple and iridescent baubles were not edible and just for fun decoration.
