Happy Thanksgiving everyone! We are so thankful for all of our wonderful customers!

Did you know we mill our own flour right here in the bakery? This mill is the hardest worker we have and it was time we showed it a little love! The mill stones got a little TLC/maintenance this week. This ensures our fresh, stone ground flour is milled to the exact consistency needed to make the best bread for all of you. Fresh flour = great bread! Come down to the bakery and see how fresh milled flour makes our bread the very best!

Our award winning sweet and spicy Chocolate Aztec Breads are available, as well as a new item: Wheat-free Margarita Muffins! (Yes, you read that correctly) Made with a lime curd mixed with a tiny bit of silver tequila and triple sec, and then topped with a slight sprinkle of coarse salt and a candied lime wedge, you won’t want to miss out on these! We played around with our Asiago Pesto Bread today and made both large and small bread twists as well as some Asiago Pesto “wheels” that are perfect for appetizers or a nice charcuterie board for your New Years Eve parties!
