This cake was an absolute blast to create for Nanny’s 80th birthday celebration! We started with a double-stacked French vanilla quarter sheet cake filled with tangy homemade lemon curd, then frosted it in beautiful ocean-blue buttercream.

The beach came to life with an edible shoreline featuring a palm tree, edible beach scene image, handcrafted marble red chocolate crabs, textured sandy shores, surfboards, and all the fun beach accessories needed for the perfect seaside celebration.
