Email us for a complete list of available Handmade Jams, Marmalades, Picked Items, Salsas, Hot Pepper Jellies, Apple Butters and Baked Goods. With grandmother's pot and mom's wooden ladle, we preserve the delicious flavor of our local NC grown fresh fruits and berries for your enjoyment. In our historic home on Roanoke Island, ripe seasonal fruits are carefully chosen for their quality and flavor

and preserved in small batches at a time. No artificial flavors, artificial colors, or artificial sweeteners or preservations are used. In this way, the traditional art of capturing the wonderful taste of fresh fruits and berries can be enjoyed throughout the year.
