Morning Fb… this is Gideon, another satisfied customer. We met last night at the Merry and Bright Farmers Market. The market was the ending of an overwhelmingly busy week. He’s holding a pumpkin cake filled with maple cream, cheese, frosting and maple butter cream frosting on the outside. Stephanie and I baked off and on all week. We also had bourbon, pecan pie, chocolate chip, poundcake, sweet potato cheesecake with a ginger snap crust with a homemade caramel pecan drizzle, banana pudding, Sweet potato pies, bourbon, chocolate chip cake, brownies, pepper, jelly, thumb prints, sweet potato biscuits, and caramel apple cheesecake bars. If we can help before the holidays, let us know. PHEW!

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Day. This cake traveled 3 hrs today to Bunn NC. Stephanie McCoy and I had two wedding cakes today. I love the fall colors in this cake, and we trimmed them in gold luster dust. Big thanks to DuWayne and Errin Gibbs for transporting this cake. Whew!
