Did you know that I've been baking since 2020? It all started as a personal challenge but very quickly, my 1st cookie business, Mom With a Measuring Cup was born. After 4 years, 3 Best Dessert awards, and thousands of macarons, I sold to a friend from high school (Susan is the new Mom!!)
I moved to Ohio in October 2024 and started as Gigi Bakes but I felt like the Alaskan flare I loved was missing. I rebranded and we are now Borealis Bites.
BB offers handmade, small batch macarons in over 250 flavors, if you can dream it- I can make it. BB also makes big, gourmet cookies in over 50 flavors.
Growing in Ohio is slow but I'm hoping for a bright future.

This week, our recipe of the week is our best seller!! You asked and asked so now it's here. Our Chocolate Chip Over-Doughs. If you've had this, you know why it's the best seller. A nice Crispy edge, 5 types of chocolate chips, and a dark chocolate dip on the bottom. This cookie is perfect on its own. Each recipe is $3.50 (paid via Square). You get the recipe, detailed instructions, and as always, follow up with me if you need to troubleshoot!
