The Joyful Table is turning 10!!!! I can't believe it's been ten years full of parties, celebrations, weddings, showers, and plenty of "just because" treats! I am so excited to announce this year's birthday box! Each box will contain some of my current favorite treats as well as some classic flavors from through the years.

6 macarons - cake batter & s'mores
2 cake pops - your choice of chocolate, funfetti, or honey lavender (pictured)
1 bag of chocolate peanut butter cup puppy chow

Pickup will be Friday, June 5 or Saturday, June 6. I will reach out the week of to solidify timing.

Payment is due at pickup and each box is $20. With the purchase of this box, the profits from each box sold will be donated to Community Life Ministries and will provide 3 pillows and pillowcases to friends and neighbors in Downtown Mansfield who need a pillow. Community Life Ministries serves a meal every Saturday evening and provides other groceries, essentials, and love to our community.

Thank you so much for supporting and following along for all of these years! I can't wait to see what the future holds and all of the sweet treats to come!

Still needing a cake pop fix? I have a few leftover from my event today! DM or text to purchase and we can figure out pickup today or tomorrow! The flavors are lemon, funfetti, doubke chocolate, and strawberry! I also have just a few macarons left, salted caramel and cake batter!

I'm so excited to be joining for their Mother's Day celebration this Saturday! I'll be set up from 10am-1pm with 4 different kinds of cake pops, two flavors of macarons, and I'm debuting a new menu item that you may see later this summer as well: a cake in a cup! This cup cake (😉) has layers of cake, frosting, sprinkles, and frosted animal cookies!

Cake pop flavors: funfetti, double chocolate, and limited amounts of strawberry and lemon
Macaron flavors: cake batter and salted caramel

Valentine's day macarons are hereeeee! I'm so excited about these flavors for this year! Here's the lineup:

• Chocolate lava cake - chocolate shell, chocolate frosting, and a gooey chocolate sauce center

• Srawberry tiramisu - strawberry & marscarpone filling (like a cheesecake but better)

• Salted honey - a delicious salted honey buttercream filling

DM me to preorder! Pickup will be the week of valentine's day but if you need them sooner, I can be flexible! You can order a 6-pack ($12) or a dozen ($22) and if there are any flavors you don't want, we can mix them around for you! 🥰🍓🍯🍫

Pre-orders for Christmas cookie boxes are now open!

Each box contains:
2 buckeye bar pops (same great flavor from previous years, just in a new design!)
2 frosted sugar cookies
2 chocolate orange shortbread cookies
6 macarons (cookie butter & dark chocolate pistachio)
All displayed in a brown paper package tied up with string 🎀

Each box is $25 and pickup will be the week of Christmas. I can be flexible with timing if you'd like them sooner! Please text or DM to order! 🎄❄️☃️

New menu item! Cake pops are here! I'm personally picky about my cake pops; the texture has to be just right, the chocolate coating has to be the perfect thickness, and it can't be so top heavy that when you take a bite, everything falls off 😂 To me, these fit all of my standards!

To say I'm obsessed would be an understatement 🍯🐻🐝

These Winnie the Pooh macarons were for a little one year old's birthday party! The bees were honey lavender and the pooh bear faces were birthday cake flavored. Each face and bee were meticulously (anxiously) hand drawn but I couldn't be happier with how these turned out! Thank you for trusting me to bring your vision to life!

I've been dreaming of some macaron flavor combinations that I'm excited to share with you all. Each box will include two of each flavor:
-Strawberry basil
-White chocolate citrus with pink peppercorn
-Saffron vanilla with peach jam

2nd option - cookie box - $15
-Chocolate pretzel rice krispie treat (aka the best rice krispie treat you'll ever eat)
-Mini vanilla cake with brown butter frosting (photos to come)
-2 mixed berry macarons

Pick up dates: Friday, May 30 & Saturday, May 31 (timing tbd)

I'm excited to share these mini cakes that will be in The Joyful Table birthday boxes this year! I realize that "mini cake" is not really specific on what size these cakes actually are 😂 i'd say they're probably equivalent to 1.5 cupcakes? So perfect for a little treat for yourself but also big enough to share with someone else. And all those speckles in the frosting? Those are the brown butter bits 😋 this frosting is not too sweet but has a deep flavor from the brown butter. So good.
