My first attempt at a gluten free cupcake. I have to say I think they taste as good as the regular ones. Chocolate Pumpkin with pumpkin butter cream.

All ready for Fat Tuesday tomorrow!! Enjoy any celebration you do!! For me, this is making Kings cakes for my children's French classes. I have been doing this for a long time. I can't even remember when it began, maybe when my oldest was in 6th grade French!
