It's that time of year!

Absolutely delicious pumpkin-spiced cinnamon roll baked to soft perfection with pumpkin puree, filled with pumpkin butter and cinnamon, then topped with a maple vanilla glaze. Can be made vegan.

I am sorry I have been quiet. I received word about a month ago that the MAC has made the unfortunate decision to close their commercial kitchen due to El Paso County building code violations. They can not afford to bring the kitchen into compliance.

After personal reflection and considering other locations, I've made the difficult decision that after nearly 10 successful years, it's time to shutter The Bread Stork as of Dec 31.

Thank you to all my beautiful customers past and present for whom I have had the honor of baking with love and for those I have joyfully taught to bake.

Fantastic sourdough bread class this past weekend. Thanks you these fun students, you made my Saturday morning!!

These students took home cheddar cheese sourdough breads because I messed up and added cheddar cheese to their dough! Sometimes kitchen fails turn out to be a great bonus! 😂
