💜✨ Wisteria Jelly has arrived✨💜

Wisteria jelly is easily my favorite foraged preserve. The color turns the prettiest peachy blush, and the flavor is light, floral, and softly reminiscent of fresh peaches. It tastes like spring in a jar — delicate, fragrant, and perfect on warm toast or biscuits. Every batch feels a little magical because the wisteria season never lasts long enough.

Spread over warm toast, spooned onto biscuits, or paired with soft cheese wisteria jelly tastes like a garden in bloom.

The multiflora roses are blooming all over Apple Blossom Lane, and that means it’s time to gather petals for homemade jelly and syrup 🌸

Of course, no harvesting adventure would be complete without our three furry “helpers” supervising every basket, sniffing every flower patch, and making sure we don’t miss a single bloom 🐶🐶🐶

There’s something special about turning wild roses into sweet jars of summer goodness — a little sunshine, a little hard work, and a lot of wagging tails.
