Good morning friends! I’ve been spending the last few weeks thinking about the food needs or desires in the community and how to achieve that. I have been thinking that easy meals for pick up are something that many have asked for in the past and I have done successfully. That being said, I am trying to see if there is indeed a need for that. I have thought of doing meals on Monday that can be picked up in my foyer refrigerator that may help with your busy week. I would like to keep them family friendly and affordable, and portion sized as such.
I have a lineup that I would like to start with that includes soups, quiches, casseroles, and different chili options. They would be available in the refrigerator each Monday and all would be freezer friendly. I also hope to keep the freezer full with pasty for pickup as desired.
