What an event!! We sold out of the bread we brought for retail but Cucina LaRosa's still has a bit left. Head in this week for a delicious Reuben sandwich on the best gluten free sandwich bread on the market!

***MASSACHUSETTS POP UP ALERT***

Hey Good Friends! The rumors are true! GF Bakery is finally doing a popup in Mass! We will be sampling and selling our delicious breads this Saturday at Cucina LaRosa's in Wilmington!

But it gets better!

Not only are we dropping some cool new products and merch, but our hamburger buns will be featured on their menu! The restaurant opens at 11, get there early because we usually sell out quick!

Hello Good Friends!
First off, we owe you all an apology for the unexpected delay in our debut at the Bedford Farmers Market. As I mentioned in a previous post, we hit a roadblock as we navigated through some regulatory challenges. Rather than investing in solving the issue of producing out of our home we decided to reevaluate and find a commercial option instead.
We are actively working towards securing a commercial space and expect to announce in the next few weeks once things are finalized. We can't wait to share it with you!
Our ultimate goal has not changed...We are a gluten free and top 8 food allergy safe commercial bakery providing table bread to New England. We've run into a few snags but nothing that will stop us from serving our community fresh and safe bread at the beginning of 2024.
