After a lot of thought, I’ve decided it’s time for a new chapter! Grace Makes Cakes is becoming Grace Makes Cookies. 🍪 Going forward, I’ll be focusing exclusively on custom decorated sugar cookies. This change will allow me to streamline my business, dedicate all of my time and creativity to cookies, and continue learning new decorating techniques so I can create even better designs for all of you.

If you already have a cake order booked, don’t worry—every scheduled cake order will be honored. One of the biggest reasons for this change is that New Jersey’s updated cottage food laws have made it much more difficult to legally sell buttercream cakes from a home bakery, and it’s important to me that I continue operating the right way. You may still see a cake or two on this page from time to time—after all, I still have three kids whose birthdays need celebrating! 😊 Thank you so much for all of your support over the years. I’m excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to create beautiful cookies for your celebrations! 💕
