Unpopular opinion !

I want you to go for it ! (Sound on video to hear audio)
I want everyone to learn and tryy it !

It doesn’t scare me to think people learning from me or coming to my classes one day will be making thier own cookies or starting a business

It’s quite the opposite ! I WANT you to! That why I do it 🥰

There will always be people that need cookies! There will always be demand and enough customers !!

I know so many cookiers in the Boston area alone ! And we are soooo busy booked out months advance.
That won’t stop when someone else opens up 🥳🥳🥳

So come join us! Come find something you love to do! Maybe it’ll de-stress you ! Maybe it’s for fun. Or for birthday parties
What ever it is JUST start! Worst case you end up with cookies you get to eat 🤣😜😜😋😋😋and then no more evidence ! 🤣😘

FAQs

✔️Why poke the holes ?

First and foremost this was started by 💗💗

You poke them to prevent craters ! ✔️

✔️WHAT are craters ??

A hole created by the base icing SUCKING the moisture out of the top layer icing and creates a hole after the cookie fully dries 😫😫making it a nightmare when you wake up !

so far the pooky holes has worked for me 100%!!!

✔️How long do I wait to poke the holes??

what’s so important to making it fool prof - I still ONLY wait a max of 30-35 min of the base icing to dry even as short as 15 min is enough !

You never want it soo dry when you have to still add more icing details on top ✨

✔️When do I have to do this pokey hole thing ??

Any time you want some icing area to stay PUFFY 😉 or lettering! You can head to my PAGE and see many reels using this poke technique !

A great way to make a “lace” looking dress! 👇🏼

Hope your not sick of this set yet because it’s still going strong hahaha 🤣🙈 (I was a little tooo obsessed !)

But how stunning was this dress! Simple yet so elegant ✨✨

And the .cookie texture underneath TOTALY sealed the deal ! 😍🫠

TIPS—

💗Start with outlines of the creases of the dress - let to dry!

💗At least 30 min so you don’t break them when doing the next step

💗now with thinner icing drag it along the crease lines you made (going up and down) with your brush 🙌🙌

What helped me the most 👇🏼please READ

Ok but honestly … I’m no different than anyone here following me besides the one thing ! I didn’t give up 🙌🏼 (not saying anyone did but that’s the only way to grow, just don’t STOP!)

Embrace the F ups! Embrace the cookies that didn’t come out exactly how you wanted but now you just learned how you WONT do it next time !

Embrace your learning period! It’s SOOO ok not to be the best !

Im learning that my self ! Learning to be ok with myself … how and what period I’m in (my cookie journey)

The worst thing you can do is compare your self, TRUST me just don’t do it 😭🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

JUST keep posting it! Keep trying that cookie design you’ve never been good at 🫶🏼 BECAUSE now you did it better than last week 🥹🙌🏼

And know I’m proud of you what ever journey your on because YOUR still on it 😭🙏🏼 you didn’t give up AND THATS huge !
