(Every time I make this, someone asks why I call it Mississippi Sourdough. This is a bread for people who don't like extra "stuff" in their bread. Made only with a blend if white and wheat flour, water, salt and my sourdough culture that lives on the naturally occurring wild yeast present at the bakery which happens to be very near the Mississippi River.)

Here is a little sneak peak at some of the things that Dave Meixner has been working on this past Winter. He will be set up at site #8 in Bay City. We have brochures/maps at the bakery.
