hi all! I can’t believe that summer is right around the corner 🌞⛱️🌊🍄I will be releasing my June menu soon, but I wanted to share a few updates before then.
🌞 for June, July, and August, I will only have 2 preorder pickup dates each month(about every 2 weeks) and no bread shed stop and shops. I may have a few vendor events, which I will share any that I plan to attend. this will allow me to balance in more time with my family and slow down life a little bit.
🌞 with warmer temps coming, I will likely need to shorten the pickup windows or split into different pickup windows to maintain the freshness of products. I will share that decision with my June menu post.
✨ lastly, I just want to thank you all for your continued support for my small business! transparency is important to me and keeping this as part of my life requires changes as time goes on to make it sustainable. I truly appreciate those of you that continue to support me through it!

maturing as a sourdough baker is realizing you only need a little bit of starter to keep things going! for maintenance feeds, I like to do a 1:3:3 ratio (starter, water, flour). this little jar has 35g in it that I will feed each day to maintain and begin to scale up a few days before dough day later this week with back to back feeds for a strong and happy starter! 🥖✨
