It’s wild how much can change in just a year. When I first started this bakery a little over a year ago, I was selling out of a cooler on wheels. From there, I moved into a trailer so I could travel and set up in different places, and now I even have a self-serve stand in my shed ❤️

A while ago, I was asked about opening a storefront bakery in Henry. After a lot of thought, I realized it just wasn’t the right time. Is it something I’d love to do someday? Absolutely. And maybe one day I will.

I truly couldn’t have come this far without all of my amazing customers. I appreciate every single one of you more than I can say.
