Rebel Whisk will be 100% gluten-free.

Not because it’s the easy choice. Trust me, it’s not. 😂

Because after years of making food I couldn’t always eat myself, I finally decided to build the place I’d been dreaming about all along.

If you have ever met the owners of Mr. Bob’s Do-Nuts you know how sweet they are. I am so glad they’re ok and that some pieces of Stay Glazed live on in their shop. I know I can’t wait to go and get some donuts from them when they open.

My heart is so heavy here in Asheville. So much is gone. My friends lost businesses or homes and in some cases they lost both. This community has come together more than any community I’ve seen in a disaster. Truly the most beautiful thing I’ve ever been a part of. Last night the Aurora borialis put on a beautiful show. I haven’t seen one quite like this since Fairbanks. Just in awe.

Please don’t forget about the people in Western North Carolina. As winter approaches they’re going to need support. Warm clothes are a necessity. They have lost everything. If you need direction on where to send things please reach out. You can also send clothes and other donations to me and I’ll make sure they get to where they need to be. 🫶🏻
