French Provincial China Cabinet

78” H | 53” W | 18” D

There is something unmistakably graceful about true French Provincial design — the arched bonnet crown, the delicate carved scrollwork, the cabriole legs resting against the floor.

• Double arched glass display doors with curved wood muntins
• Ornate hand-finished carvings throughout
• Original brass escutcheons and working lock with key
• Solid oak construction with a warm honey patina
• Three interior display shelves
• Generous lower storage behind carved paneled doors

The proportions are ideal — tall and elegant without overwhelming a room. At only 18 inches deep, she fits beautifully in dining rooms, entry halls, living rooms, or even as a statement piece in a bedroom.

The finish has aged to a rich, glowing warmth that newer reproductions simply cannot replicate. The carved details across the apron and crown add dimension and movement that feel both romantic and timeless.

This is not a flimsy modern reproduction. It is a solid mid-century French Provincial revival piece with weight, craftsmanship, and presence.
A true statement heirloom that brings character and story into a home.

Antique Burl Walnut Buffet | c. 1895–1915

At the turn of the century, walnut was the wood of distinction—chosen not out of necessity, but for its beauty. This late-Victorian/Edwardian buffet is dressed in richly figured burl walnut, hand-veneered in broad, book-matched panels that glow softly with more than a century of quiet use.

Its story is told in the details: hand-cut dovetails shaped one by one, solid plank construction, original brass hardware with guilds you’d never notice missing by use of generations, and sculpted ball-and-claw feet carved before machines replaced the hand of the craftsman. Pieces like this once anchored formal dining rooms, holding linens, silver, and the rituals of daily life in an era when furniture was built to endure.

At 70” long and 60” in height, this is not merely storage—it is architecture. A true statement piece that brings warmth, history, and gravitas to a space, equally at home in a refined dining room, a grand foyer, or layered into a collected Southern living room.

An heirloom in the truest sense—made to be lived with now, and passed on again, and again.
