Bonne Quiche Created by Curtis Henderson, Bonne Quiche provides fancy, flaky, fluffy, fantastic quiche to Ann Arbor and surrounding areas.

Quiche these days is not great - often overcooked, unflavorful, commercially processed, and downright uninteresting. But quiche has the potential to be one of the most delicious, savory meals for any time of the day! That's why I've created gourmet, homemade quiche that tantilizes the taste buds of every palate. Bonne Quiche is made with the best ingredients, starting with the flaky, melt-in-your-

mouth crust. I make every quiche from scratch, taking the time to give each ingredient the attention it deserves. Creative flavor pairings are developed to bring out the maximum tastiness in each bite. Bonne Quiche:
• Is great for breakfast, brunch or paired with a salad for a light dinner
• Serves 8, enough for seconds or the next day
• Will impress your guests by making your brunch party extra special

How to Order:
• Call (810) 247-1544 and ask for Curtis (that's me) or email your order to [email protected]
• Order 1 day ahead.
• $30.00 per quiche (approximately 9' round, 3" deep). Delivery included in Madison; additional fee is added for surrounding areas. Current Offerings:
• Ham & Leek - homemade flaky and tender bacon-flavored piecrust filled with flavorful ham off the bone and leeks sautéed with butter. The custard surrounds Gruyère and Fontina cheeses.

• Vegetarian- homemade piecrust filled with sautéed garlic, shallot, portabella mushrooms and spinach tossed in "fines herbes" and a splash of cognac. The custard surrounds Greek feta and real Cheddar cheese.

Just put an amazing vegetarian quiche in the oven for dinner... marinated mushrooms, spinach, and goat & cheddar cheese. MMMM!
