Bonne Quiche is made with the best ingredients, starting with the flaky, melt-in-your-
mouth crust. I make every quiche from scratch, taking the time to give each ingredient the attention it deserves. Creative flavor pairings are developed to bring out the maximum tastiness in each bite. Bonne Quiche:

• $30.00 per quiche (approximately 9' round, 3" deep). Delivery included in Madison; additional fee is added for surrounding areas. Current Offerings:
• Ham & Leek - homemade flaky and tender bacon-flavored piecrust filled with flavorful ham off the bone and leeks sautéed with butter. The custard surrounds Gruyère and Fontina cheeses.
• Vegetarian- homemade piecrust filled with sautéed garlic, shallot, portabella mushrooms and spinach tossed in "fines herbes" and a splash of cognac.
