I tried two new bread experiments today:
The first is a wrapped sourdough loaf with the inner layer coated in everything bagel seasoning. We love topping our regular sourdough slices with this seasoning, so I figured baking it on would be even better. We'll cut into this tomorrow, and if it's any good, I'll add it to the menu!
The second was a sourdough turkey. It ended up with extra skinny legs and wings, but it was a fun attempt at a shaped loaf. ð
