The kids are heading out to ALL sites now with full loads. They picked the last full rows today, so it is officially our last day of the season, Sunday, August 2nd. We should be open until 6pm or until they sell out. It is perfect for freezing!

It's a great day for freezing! We are getting to the end of our 2nd planting, so it's prime freezing today or Monday, 7/27. We are thinking we have about a week left and we'll shift to third planting soon. If you like the younger corn, Tuesday and Weds will be your best bet. We included our Family recipe here for you. Today 20 cups of corn was 33 ears.

We are celebrating the 40th season of Dauk Sweetcorn! It all started with too much sweetcorn in the family garden, a suggestion from aunt Darlene, and a little red wagon at the end of the driveway. Scott was just 12 years old when he began a tradition that he would pass down to his siblings, cousins, children, nieces, nephews, and friends who have all been willing to step in and keep it going through the years. Thank you Scott, for your dedication and support over the years and for the opportunity to learn such valuable skills and connect with our community!

We want to make sure you all know we value your business and we will happily replace any corn that doesn't meet your expectations. While we work hard to make sure each generation is trained on doing quality checks while picking and bagging your corn, sweetcorn can be a little tricky hiding behind those husks. This is why we always throw in an extra cob or two.
Thank you so much to all of you have supported our kids over the last 40 years and helped them to learn so many valuable life skills that carry them into adulthood! 😊

Well, the corn needed water and Mother Nature took care of us! Last night we even set up the large sprinkler to have the feild watered today.

The timing with our or schedules today does mean that we will get a later start. We will have corn at the farm around 9, but would appreciate if you could wait until 10 or 11 am. Madison Lake will be normal times, 1-6pm, and Eagle Lake will only be open from 3pm - 6pm. Thank you for your understanding and support!
