Sorry it's been quiet from the kitchen. Daily life; I'm sure you understand. But I do want to tell you about the latest. Lillie Pad Creations is joining Loose Shoe Brewery for their weekly Craft and Draft Market to be held on Fridays outside the Brewery in Amherst. Come on out and see me and the other creators from 5-7. I'll have cake and brownies today. Possibly sugar cookies with buttercream dip.

It's almost February! That means it's time to think about VALENTINE'S DAY! ❤️ LPC has some great cakes and cupcakes available this year.

Thank you! Here's the before and after for the Holiday Market held yesterday, Veterans Day. There is actually very little remaining. My daughter's co-workers get what's in the crate and white bag and the rest will be eaten or frozen for our Thanksgiving. Forty dollars ($40) will be sent to to help combat wounded veterans.

Lillie Pad Creations will be at The Hill City Handmade on Veterans Day! Six gourmet cake flavors will be featured including: coconut cake, peanut butter chocolate, and apple cider donut.

I've had some down time from baking so pulled out the fall florals to create some themed wreaths for the Amherst Apple Festival October 21-22.

I'll have these wreaths as well as apple inspired baked goods. Can't wait to see everyone!
